There are situations in life that cannot be fully explored in an individual setting.
While we may not be able to relate to all individual experiences, we recognize the benefit of surrounding clients with others who can. The goal of group therapy is to create a sense of belonging with others who, simply put, can understand. Our therapists facilitate a community of individuals who wish to share their stories and learn from others in a supportive environment.

DBT Skills Group

Mondays @ 5:30 EST via Zoom
$30/session

Join us for a virtual, low-key, low-fee introduction to an array of DBT skills! Appropriate for young adults or adults navigating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, eating disorders and borderline personality disorder, among other diagnoses. This 6-week group will involve learning new skills with two of our incredible team members Jingqi Jia and Samantha Fredericks while also having the opportunity to practice these skills within a safe space and have accountability to practice outside of group meetings.
