Judith earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and her Master of Healthcare Administration from New York University. Her diverse professional background allows her to integrate clinical expertise with a broader understanding of the factors that influence health and well-being, helping clients navigate complex challenges with compassion, insight, and practical support.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. She believes therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and strives to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Judith enjoys spending time with loved ones and her furry companions, exploring new restaurants and cuisines, and finding opportunities to connect with nature.
