Rachel Pancake, LMFT

SENIOR CLINICAL COACH

Rachel received her Master of Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge with an emphasis in sexuality and relationships. Her devotion to couples and family therapy techniques is outstanding as she empowers clients and other therapists to engage in sensitive topics such as sex, love, and all matters of family dynamics.

Through 10 years of experience with Monte Nido, a top eating disorder treatment facility, her clinical work and leadership roles have given her advanced specialization in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders.

Rachel’s international work helping communities in conflict zones, post war states and acutely low-income regions led to an invaluable empathy and understanding for cultural diversity. She has spent years consulting for NGOs in developing countries providing training and supervision to improve psychological wellness. In her dedication to strengthening resources in communities locally and abroad she has helped countless women, couples and families along their journey.

Rachel’s style is warm, empathetic, open and direct. She welcomes clients of all cultures, faiths, genders and sexual identities.
